Easy to take

These are gummy supplements so very easy and pleasant to take.I cannot say if they have had any protective immunity benefit but I am hoping they are doing the job considering the amount of infectious diseases there are around at this time.The gummies come in a screw top plastic jar with no child safety closure so as these look and taste like sweets keep them out of sight if children who might be tempted.I have found these pleasant to take and have not had any adverse reaction from taking them.

Good way of getting medicinal mushrooms

Just starting out at looking at medicinal mushrooms and their benefits. I found that gummy’s and the tablets have been a good way to start that journey. These taste fine, no mushroom taste and in addition to the mushroom have added Selenium and Vitamin D. Like all supplements they will have different effects on different people, so I’d advise doing your own research first. But for me I’m happy to continue to use these, no issues or funny side effects noticed to date.

TASTY AND BENEFICIAL

Really wasn't sure what to expect what these jellies would taste like, but actually, they're kind of yummy. They're a bit like blackcurrant pastilles, with a definite background taste, but it compliments them, rather like liquorice would. Mushrooms seem to be somewhat underestimated holistically, and anything to enhance immunity in these bleak months after Xmas is very welcome. I also get some joint pain after hiking, sometimes the gym, so will definitely continue with these.
