Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription on knownnutrition.co.uk, you agree to the following:

• Recurring Billing: You'll be charged automatically at your chosen delivery frequency. You can pause, swap, add, gift or adjust your orders to fit your needs via your account.

• Cancellations: Minimum of two orders per subscription before cancellation for all new subscriptions.

• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we’ll retry a few times. If unsuccessful, your subscription order may be paused or skipped.

• Price Changes: If subscription prices change, we’ll let you know in advance.

• Shipping: All recurring subscription orders are shipped using our Standard Delivery service. While the first subscription order may follow a different shipping method, all subsequent recurring orders will be fulfilled exclusively via Standard Delivery.
